Air Atlanta Helicopters is also the owner and operator of the The Professional Helicopter Academy, Georgia's only Part 141 FAA regulated helicopter training facility.

As the only helicopter instruction school in the state to earn the distinction of Part 141 certification, the Professional Helicopter Academy has developed a regulated curriculum with reduced-hour requirements for licensing to save students time and money. In addition, Part 141 Certification allows Veterans to be eligible to receive education reimbursement through the Montgomery GI Bill, and international students can be issued an M1 VISA in order to avoid the expense of international schools.
